This is where I'll put all the trivial stuff I can't fit in the other pages. So, in no particular order...
FUEL
There are 3 fuel stations that I am aware of in the vicinity of The Nürburgring.
ED Station
This is the nearest fuel to the circuit. Turn right at the roundabout outside the Grüne Holle, drive to the end of the road, turn right, nail it in first under the bridge to enjoy the noise, right again and it's on your left.
This station does all the usual fuels, although the Super Plus is only 98 ron so all you Jap boys are going to have to fuck about with Octane Booster unless you want your motors to blow. It also has a sausage shop and an FG model shop if you are into that sort of thing. They also sell 'ring stickers, low quality German porn and lap tickets.
It is always fucking busy so you can usually write off 30 minutes trying to fill up.
ARAL in Adenau
Get off at Briedscheid, go through the barriers, turn right and it is a few hundred yards down on the right.
This petrol station always seems quieter. It is not really an option unless you have a Jahreskarte as it will cost you a lap to fill up here. Super Plus is again 98 ron so our Japanese Car owning friends will have to fuck about.
ARAL in Barweiler
Turn left at the roundabout and drive through Nürburg. Turn right when you hit the T junction at the end and drive for about 10km.
This petrol station is dead quiet and usually has fuel when all the other stations run out on a busy weekend.
CASH
The easiest to find CashPoint is located by the entrance to the Nürburgring museum, next to the Dorint Hotel
It accepts PIN activated credit cards, Visa debit cards, Maestro/Cirrus cards.
PUBS
German pubs are FG. They serve mainly beer and wine, soft drinks and a few spirits. Spirits are pricey though.
There are no fixed closing times in Germany. They tend to stay open until everyone has gone but this depends on how many customers there are, if they are still spending and how much trouble they are causing. This can be very dangerous if you are meant to be driving in the morning, as you can imagine.
If you sit at the bar, you will be served by the barman (pretty fucking obvious really). If you sit at a table, you will get a waiter service, the quality of which will vary depending on the pub and how busy it is. If the pub sells food, it can get quite slow between 8-10 pm.
You do not pay for drinks as you get them, they will be either kept on a tab behind the bar or they will mark your beer mat. Because of this, German waiters and Barmen will get quite arsey if you tear beermats up so don't do it.
INTERNET ACCESS
Obviously, you are going to want to inform all your stay-at-home-faggot mates just how fucking great you were today, and show them how all the local photographers caught you in action, particularly after several beers. Now, hijacking some local residents unsecured network is naughty so your options are...
Hotel am Tiergarten has a wireless access setup, which extends to the Pistenklaus restaurant.
There is an internet cafe in the pizza place in Adenau. It is immediately next to the cycle shop on the left as you head into Adenau from the Breidscheid Imbiss.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
A lot of people seem to spend an inordinate amount of time taking photographs instead of driving. Weird huh? Well, their eccentricity is your bonus, because chances are that somewhere on a website there will be a picture of YOU driving your motor round the Nürburgring. Isn't the internet great ?
So, when the circuit is shut, or you've broken your car, find yourself some internet access and have a trawl through these sites....I you find a pic you like, don't be a twat and steal the image, support the guy and pay him for his hard work. We are obviously assuming you have already checked out in full the wonderful JustGoFaster Gallery in all it's glory.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE NORDSCHLEIFE IS CLOSED
There isn't really a great deal to do locally. The usual standbys seem to be spectating around the circuit or retiring to the pub.
Other than that you can visit the museum.
Located next to the Dorint Hotel, behind the main GP stands.

This is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Good displays with a mix of the old, the new, and plenty of interactive stuff for the children as well.

Also has a cafe and a shop in case you fancy paying twice as much as necessary for merchandise. There is also a cash machine located just to the left of the entrance.
In the building next to the museum is an indoor karting arena which is always a good laugh. Not the fastest karts, but plenty of overtaking opportunities on this wee track. Good value as well, and rarely too busy.
